At the SDC Meet I hit the swap meet and found several reproduction rubber parts I need. These were from Studebaker International.

There are four small rubber buttons that keep the hood from rubbing on the body. You can see two of them in this picture. They are hard, worn, painted, and no longer do their job.

I tried to remove them carefully but no such luck. Only one came out intact.

Much better!

Same deal on the little rubber bumpers on the glove box door.

Again, much better.
